1. Business Structure and Services

Wakanda Braids is a home-based, appointment-only braiding service. I operate as a single stylist with one service chair and limited capacity. Appointment availability is limited and offered on a part-time basis. No squeeze-in appointments are offered, book in advance. I do not accept new clients under the age of 10.

2. Appointment Requirements

Clients must arrive on time. Hair must be washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried prior to arrival. Natural hair must be at least 4 inches in length. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation or additional charges at my discretion.

3. Late Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled. One reschedule is allowed using the original deposit. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

4. Deposit and Payment

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is applied toward the total service cost.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay. Cash payments must be exact. No change will be provided.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• • You may reschedule once and retain your deposit.
• • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• • If I cancel or reschedule your appointment and you cannot accommodate the new time, your deposit will be refunded.

6. Add-ons and Pricing

Additional services such as length, beads, parts, color, or bundle additions will incur extra charges. All pricing is subject to change based on hair density, length, and customization. Clients must select or communicate add-ons at the time of booking.

7. Services NOT Offered

The following services are not provided: 2 braids, Faux locs, Butterfly braids, Twists, Micro braids, Stitch braids, or Traditional box braids.

8. Client Conduct and Visitor Policy

• • This is a private residence. Only one client allowed per appointment.
• • No additional guests, friends, or groups are permitted. (Minors may have 1 guardian).
• • Multiple vehicles or gatherings on property are strictly forbidden.
• • Failure to follow these rules results in immediate cancellation without refund.

9. Parking Policy

Parking is limited and restricted to designated spaces only. Wakanda Braids is not responsible for any vehicle damage, theft, or incidents occurring on or near the property.

10. Photo Consent

Photos may be taken during service. If you do not want your face shown, notify me prior to the service.

11. Property Damage

Clients are fully responsible for any damage caused to property or equipment. Repair charges will apply.

12. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service due to disrespectful behavior, non-compliance, or safety concerns.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia.
